Texas Real Estate Commission’s online services to be unavailable during planned outage

The Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board will have their online services temporarily unavailable on Saturday, November 15, 2025. The disruption is due to a planned power outage at the Stephen F. Austin Building, which houses both agencies. The outage is scheduled to last from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time.
