The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) has announced that all fee payments, including those for new licenses, renewals, and business entity registrations, can be made through its online services portal. The agency highlights that this payment option is available at any time, offering 24/7 access throughout the year.

According to TREC, the updated payment page was launched in August 2025. The process includes an introductory page followed by a series of questions. On the Payment Information page, users are advised to enter their email address to receive a copy of their receipt; if left blank, no receipt will be sent.

Visual guides and a brief instructional video are provided by TREC to assist users with each step of the online payment process. Users begin by selecting the required payment from the Quick Start Menu and answering subsequent questions before reaching the final confirmation and certification steps.

TREC reminds customers that staff cannot accept financial information over the phone or complete payments on behalf of users as a security measure. Those needing assistance with online payments are encouraged to contact TREC directly.
