A family has spoken publicly about their experience after their two-year-old son suffered a fall that resulted in a brain bleed. The incident required immediate medical attention, leading to the involvement of Texas Children’s Hospital’s Kangaroo Crew, a specialized pediatric transport team.

Zach Rowland and his son Pierce appeared on FOX 26 to recount the events that led up to the emergency. According to their account, the Kangaroo Crew was instrumental in providing life-saving care during Pierce’s transfer and treatment at Texas Children’s Hospital.

The family credited the expertise and quick response of the Kangaroo Crew with playing a significant role in Pierce’s recovery. “Zach Rowland, and his son, Pierce joined FOX 26 on Thursday to discuss what led them to needing immediate care for a brain bleed and how Texas Children’s Kangaroo Crew played a big role in Pierce’s recovery,” they said during the interview.

Texas Children’s Hospital is known for its advanced pediatric care and emergency response capabilities. The hospital’s transport team is equipped to handle critical situations involving young patients who require urgent intervention.
