The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) has announced continued support for its members and their families during the holiday season, a period that can be difficult for many. The union is reminding members about the availability of two separate Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), which provide confidential help around the clock.

IAM emphasized that these resources are intended to support not only members but also their families and loved ones. The union highlighted the importance of reaching out for assistance if needed.

Additionally, IAM pointed to national resources available to everyone. The National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline can be accessed by dialing 988, texting 988, or visiting 988lifeline.org for text-based support. In emergencies, individuals are urged to call 911.
