Individuals seeking to manage their real estate or appraiser licenses in Texas are now required to create an account on the Real Estate and Appraiser License Management Portal (REALM Portal). The portal will serve as the primary platform for managing licenses, applying for new ones, and filing complaints.

According to the Texas Real Estate Commission, license holders will receive an activation email containing instructions on how to set up their accounts. Those who hold multiple licenses, registrations, or applications may receive several emails. Each email will include a State ID or PIN Number necessary for linking records under a single REALM Portal account.

A video guide is available to assist users with the initial setup process.
