Blair, who resides in The Woodlands, is a triple board-certified attorney and serves as CEO of The Blair Law Firm. She has previously held several gubernatorial appointments, including positions with the Texas Economic Development Corporation “Texas One” Board, the University of Houston Board of Regents as chair, and the Stephen F. Austin State University Board of Regents. Her professional affiliations include membership in the State Bar of Texas and service as former chair of its regional Grievance Committee.
Blair’s community involvement includes serving as president of the Conroe Independent School District Education Foundation and the Humane Society of Montgomery County. She has also been involved with various chambers of commerce and advisory boards such as Baylor’s Truett Theological Seminary Advisory Board and Lone Star College System Chancellor’s Advisory Board.
