Governor Greg Abbott has reappointed Brett Flagg to the Board of Directors of Texas Mutual Insurance Company. Flagg’s new term will last until July 1, 2031.

Texas Mutual Insurance Company serves as a provider of workers’ compensation insurance for employers in Texas. The company also acts as an insurer of last resort and works to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.

Brett Flagg is based in Frisco and owns the Flagg Law Group, PC in Dallas. He has been a member of the Texas Bar Association for 40 years. His service includes positions on several boards, such as e3 Partners Ministry, Stonebriar Community Church’s Board of Elders, and Insight for Living Ministries’ Board of Directors. He previously chaired the Board of Trustees at Trinity Christian Academy in Addison.

Flagg holds degrees from Baylor University and Georgetown University School of Law.
