Governor Abbott appoints Jessie Ramirez to real estate advisory committee

Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Jessie Ramirez to the Real Estate Research Advisory Committee. Her term will last until January 31, 2029. The committee is responsible for reviewing and approving proposals that are submitted to the board of directors of the Texas A&M University System. These proposals relate to staffing and general policies at the Real Estate Center. The committee also determines the priority ranking of research studies conducted by the center.

Jessie Ramirez is from Bulverde and works as a Realtor at JB Goodwin REALTORS. She serves as the San Antonio chapter Chair of the Liberty Leadership Council and is a former Chair of the Kyle Library Board. Ramirez holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University.

“I am honored to be appointed to this important committee and look forward to contributing to real estate research in Texas,” said Jessie Ramirez.
