BB Living Easton Park is set to host a grand opening event for its new residential community in Austin on August 16. The event will take place at 8700 Finial Drive from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, welcoming prospective residents and families to explore the newly built townhomes.

The celebration will feature food from Chuy’s Mexican Food, a dessert bar, charcuterie cups, and activities such as yard games, a bouncy house, live music, and a photo booth. Additional attractions include a permanent jewelry station and a prize wheel with gift cards.

Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the available three- and four-bedroom townhomes. These homes offer private yards, attached garages, and premium finishes. Staff members will be present during the event to answer questions about the community.

A special incentive of up to $6,000 in rental credits is being offered exclusively to those who attend the grand opening event.

“Staff will be on hand to answer questions about the community and about what makes BB Living Easton Park the perfect place to live.”

This development is part of Austin’s ongoing growth in residential options for families seeking modern amenities within city limits.
