Since joining the organization in 2021, he has contributed to its strategic growth by supporting value-based care through renegotiating health plan contracts. He also played a significant role in expanding ARC’s service offerings to include ambulatory surgery centers and advanced radiology.

We are excited to see him grow in his role as we continue to make strategic decisions that benefit our patients and all of ARC.”

Before joining ARC, Arens held leadership positions at other healthcare organizations. His experience includes working with an independent medical group, the academic medical center at Wake Forest University, and the largest health plan network in the Carolinas and Virginia.

“This is an exciting time for ARC as we expand on our promise of coordinated, comprehensive, accessible healthcare,” said Ryan Arens. “I look forward to working with our teams to ensure ARC remains the leading health care provider for Central Texas.”
